Rava Karanji pack of 5 (250g)

Sweet in taste, karanji is a festive delicacy of Maharashtra, mostly consumed during Diwali. It is a somewhat semi-circular fried patty made out of flour and sooji or rawa, with sweet filling that comprises of grated coconut, khas khas, more rawa and sugar. The karanjis of Ruchkar are made with care so that with each bite, you get a harmonious blend of sweet and savoury tastes.

In Sugar karanji stuffing is of grated fresh coconut and sugar. The coconut is roasted so well that the karanji doesn't go bad even after 15 days.
